Wayne Olhoft does project management  and technology  consulting in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota.

He served as MN Deputy Secretary of State for Business Services in 2005.  He spent the last half of the 90's as an MIS professor at Augsburg College along with extensive corporate software training. In 1998 he co-founded CIO Partners, a technology consulting firm in St. Paul. 

Today he does project management and technology consulting. Previously, he served as president of a software development company, founding executive director of the Minnesota Family Council and as a state senator for 10 years.
